Services / Data Collection
When your parts are too big to ship or your employees are not experienced with today’s highly accurate measuring & scanning tools the professionally-trained technicians at HTS Metrology can be onsite, typically the next day (often the same day if needed). Whether the right approach is Laser or Optical – HTS can bring the right equipment and people to get the job done right and in the most cost efficient way.
Services include Extruder & Mixer alignment measurements, rotating equipment installation alignments (shafts, bores etc.) , foundation & flatness measurements, realignment following foundation repairs followed by relocation measurements before grouting pour and more.
HTS works with partners such as R E Align who have years of experience in applying the measurements to the vast array of rotating equipment shafts, bores, bases, etc., whether high speed or low speed, allowing us to make accurate, real time assessments and recommendations for the best cost effective fix for our customers.

HTS Advanced Solutions offers various software packages to operate the equipment in the field.
As with equipment, HTS recognizes the need for quality software knowledge and training, and so we offer hands-on 3D Laser Tracker Training & CMM Arm Training programs tailored to your custom requirements using software by FARO & NRK.
While HTS Advanced Solutions provides a high level of quality front line support, we liaise with our software and training partners to provide a more comprehensive and in-depth level training.
